How can I beat Vvulf in the future if I don't have that many high level people and they all keep dropping dead to missions like this one when I try to take it all the way to the end? Should I just grind my mid-level people and wait for my next chance? TL DR: Crusader, Vestal, Bounty Hunter and Grave Robber attack Vulff with top-tier trinkets because no other viable compositions are available, all eventually drop dead when boss is 2 hits away from dying. Short mission shortly: I go to Vvulf, I get him to 10-25 hp, Bounty Hunter drops down first in the beginning, Grave Robber dies towards the end, Crusader goes insane and kills my Vestal when the boss is close to dropping and eventually because he has -1 speed and all the deaths door debuffs, he drops dead. Vestal was for the heals so people wouldn't flat out die, Bounty Hunter was for attacking the boss + using marked, Grave Robber was used for attacking boss with dagger and blight darts, Crusader was meant to be the tank and keep the front line low or alternatively deal damage towards boss when he guards his minions. So with the scraps I had, I made a team out of the Crusader, a Vestal, Bounty Hunter and a Level 5 Grave Robber. I've tried to level up people for the higher dungeons but then events like this come and basically if you don't accept it, have to start building the village all over again. I only have very few high leveled people atm despite having almost all 31 spaces filled. Second time comes along and I have my Hellion, Occultist and Highwayman too stressed so I decide not to use them for this battle. I didn't beat the Vvulf when he was first introduced, I just fled because people were going to die before even entering the boss room in the left curio room.

So I used to have 6 heroes at level 6 (Crusader, 2x Vestal, Bounty Hunter, Hellion and a Highwayman) and also 3 level 5s (Flagellant, Occultist and Grave Robber).
